MEET AUDRA Adu

Message from the Owner

Some may say it’s my calling, but helping others has always been my burning passion. Since I can remember, those closest to me have said I’m “easy to talk to.” As a wife, mother, and therapist of five years, I know firsthand the struggles of life.

Mental health awareness is something close to my heart, especially in my community. As your therapist, I break down topics in the simplest form so that I can meet individuals where they are. Because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all; I tailor my techniques to fit your unique needs.

I work with teens and adults in individual and group settings. My specialty is working with people who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression, those going through life transitions, and providing a safe space to talk.

Navigating life’s challenges on your own can be stressful, frustrating, and consuming in many ways. If you are ready to take the next step and find support, contact me for a consultation.

OUR PURPOSE

Support that feels personal, practical, and grounded in real life.

Grade A exists to make mental health support feel more accessible and connected to everyday life. Counseling is not one-size-fits-all. Care should reflect each person’s strengths, experiences, goals, and pace.

At GACC, we specialize in working individuals
experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and life
transitions such as postpartum, career changes, or
divorce. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered. Together, we’ll build practical tools to manage stress and work toward meaningful change on your terms. Using CBT and a collaborative, person-centered approach, we tailor sessions to your needs. If you’re ready to take a step forward, we offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide if if working together feels like the right fit.
